Visitors

My sister, L, came for a visit.  She and I are as far apart in age as James and Ev.  

Yes.  She is younger.  By eleven years.  Sheesh!  I do not look that young!

We had a fun visit and hope to see them again soon.

Checkup at the Doctor

This is the first time that they gave me a gown for Ev to wear during his well baby check.

He liked it...but found it a little short to cover everything.  Don't we all?

Didn't stop him from trying though...

Then he wanted to sit in a big boy chair and push his older brother across the room.  (James was on the little rolling stool.)

Can you tell we had a lot of time to kill that day?

No matter.  Baby is healthy.  A little delayed on speech clarity but we are going in for a referral just to check.  Otherwise, a happy, clever, mischievous little boy.

Cookie Time

Some friends brought by a platter of sugar cookies the other day.

Guess who fell in love?

And then like any true boy, he headed right to the video games. 

He is growing up so fast!
