Riley took his rice bags from Miss Chelsea to church. And yes he warmed them up so he could be cozy. And yes we live in California where it is 70 degrees. But he sure felt loved. And warm.
She made this custom one when he fell a few years ago and injured his neck pretty bad. Riley loves it.
