Park Day

I took the three youngest boys to the park to play baseball.  We set up the plates, pulled out the gloves and got to playing.  The boys did really well with the metal bat.  They made good contact more than I thought they would and hit well.  

Then we let Baby play.  We pulled out the plastic tee and bat.  Baby was offered the bat.  He just walked over, picked up the ball and threw it.  Then threw it again.  Of course.  Silly me.  Why hit a ball, when you can throw it?

So they boys took some turns on the tee.

Baby chose to fly off into the sunset. 

With a happy co-pilot who was the muscle to get the plane moving.

Slide time came next. 

It was a beautiful day at the park.
